You must have a website to join.
The website must have content.
Your site can not be a forum or group for snagging!
You may not share your username and password with anyone.
I will email your logo and license to you. They must be placed on your site within 5 days of joining. They should be linked back to http://www.whimsicalbeginnings.com.
If it is not on your site within 5 days, your membership is subject to suspension until the logo and/or license is placed on your site.

Once your membership is over, if you continue to use my lineart, you must still display your logo/license and have it linked back to http://whimsicalbeginnings.com.

I hold the copyright to all lineart.
Do not alter the lineart in any way!
However, some lines are already preshaded, but feel free to shade as you wish!!
(I do not consider that as changing the lineart, so be creative!)
You may flip or mirror any item that you need to!!
Please do not resize lineart or change pixels!
Lineart can NOT be sold or given away "as is"!!
I do not offer an "as is" license for the lines in my members area. However, I will offer an "As Is Tubing" License from time to time.
This As Is Tubing License allows you to offer tubes that you have created from my lines for "as is". This License does NOT allow you to offer any of my lines "as is"!!
You must color the lineart before you give away or sell anything.
I still hold the copyright to the lineart after you color it.

You may tube your results if you hold a tube license.
Tube License holders may sell or give away the tubes that they make with my lineart.
You may put what you make in a member's area if you wish.
You do NOT have to fully clothe dolls that you have colored.
I do not require access to your member's area unless I suspect my terms have been broken. At that time, I will require access to your member's area for the sole reason of checking that my terms are being met.
Refunds will not be given once I enter your username and password.

***TUBES***

I have begun to offer tubes. These tubes are created ONLY with my lineart. None of my memberships are used on this site.I will add tubes as I make them for an added bonus to the site. Please read the following terms, and abide by them. Thanks!

Tubes may not be altered in any way such as, but not limited to, resizing, recoloring, frankendolling, etc.

Tubes may not be offered in an "as is" state. You must make something from them. Just adding text is not enough. You need to add more tubes, your own creations, etc. Be creative!
You may not tube the tubes.
You may not use the tubes to make your own lineart or tutorials.


***BASES*** (Newly added 7/2/08)

Bases must be fully clothed before they are offered in your member's area, for sell, or offered to anyone.
A link back to http://whimsicalbeginnings.com must be added to tube sets for sell.
The bases must not be offered or sold "as is" to anyone.
The bases should not be recolored, resized, or changed in any way.
Most bases will be offered in lines on this site anyway, so you can color them as you wish! :)


***SIGTAGS*** (Newly added 7/12/08)
Sigtags have been added to the member's area.
You don't have to even order them. You can just add your own name to them.
You can even make them for your friends.
These sigtags are 100% my creations.
You must NOT make a profit from these.
These siggies may not be altered in any way.
